Kim Scott, legendary author of Radical Candor and Radical Respect, just posted the above graphic on Instagram. As she explained...

The best way to avoid going to court is to do what you can to prevent discrimination and harassment from the outset; to offer multiple safe ways to report it when it does occur, despite your best efforts; to investigate reports fully and fairly; and to take appropriate action when the reports prove true. 'She Said' by Jodi Kantor and Megan Twohey and 'Catch and Kill' by Ronan Farrow detail how the truly bad actors have been able to take advantage of NDAs to pursue victim after victim after victim.
